The EP Series uses the most advanced ionization technology. EP Series electrodes chamber is comprised of Platinum coated Titanium electrodes with a proprietary matting, which enhances ionization efficiency while providing extreme resistance to mineral deposits. Gold Fox Water Ionizers do NOT use iridium in their electrodes as some have claimed. We have Documented Proof of this. The electrode chamber is specially designed to drain off all excess water in the electrolysis chamber between uses.
