It is our policy to ship orders as soon as we are able for in-stock items. If we do not have an item in stock we will give you an approximation of when the items will ship and offer you all possible options for substitutions. Our preferred shipping method is UPS and we are able to offer discounted shipping on large and international orders. UPS expedited shipping is available. If the order is placed before 1 pm on a weekday, the order will go out the same day as long as the product is in stock. Requested shipping methods such as US Mail, Global Express, DHL, or FedEx may incur an additional fee or delay shipment of the products. When possible we will try to accommodate customer requests.
It is our policy to contact the customer to verify any additional charges, shipping adjustments, or discrepancies that result in a purchase total greater than what was originally quoted. In these cases we will wait for confirmation (via email or phone) before processing and shipping orders.
When any discounts are applicable we will apply them to your order. We offer quality products that are competitively priced. In many cases we import/order directly from the manufacturer in order to avoid middleman fees and markups.
1. We recommend UPS as an international shipping option due to their reliability and tracking services. US Mail can take longer than 14 days to reach your destination depending on the domestic location or country. US Mail does not provide tracking information or insurance if the package is lost or damaged.
2. We will ship the items through any means that you choose. Taxes, duties and tariffs on any items levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
3. We ship 110V electronic products, including all Water Ionizers. We can provide a 220/240 V unit upon your request which ships direct from the manufacturer in Taiwan. The manufacturer thoroughly inspects all electronic products before shipping. If there is a problem with the unit, we will support you with parts and technical expertise, but the unit can not be shipped back to us for repair due to the high shipping cost involved. We assume no responsibility for problems with our products when used with power converters in countries that require 220/240V.
We have a 30-day return period. No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date. If products are unused and the manufacturer's seal has not been broken the products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the manufacturer's seal is broken or the product has been used in any way the product is subject to a 15% restocking charge within 30 days of purchase. This includes water ionizers that have had water run through them. All other water products that have been used can NOT be returned. Perishable products such as Spirulina and Chlorella can NOT be returned if open. Books can NOT be returned.
All warranties are between the product’s manufacturer and the purchaser. We make no other express or implied warranties except on Yi Shan Water Ionizers. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty upon receipt of your products. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser. We assume no responsibility for shipments damaged upon returning to us; please insure and pack returns appropriately.
No return can be accepted without prior authorization. Please call 1-517-886-0440 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and to ensure proper and timely processing of your return or exchange. The Watershed Wellness Center is NOT responsible for packages misdelivered by United Parcel Service, DHL, Federal Express or the US Post Office. The Watershed Wellness Center makes every effort for our customers to avoid additional fees, tariffs or taxes that may be levied at the time of delivery by any US State or foreign country; however, we are not responsible for these additional fees, tariffs or taxes. All Watershed products are deeply discounted to provide the consumer with the best possible prices and service. We provide as much information as possible on our products in order to allow the consumer to make an informed choice regarding them.
